Joining a call is free and does not require an account. The host may require a password or approve entry. Booking a paid appointment is separate from joining the call.
A paid Team seat includes Pro. A personal Stripe Pro subscription is cancelled when the seat activates, with unused time credited to your own Stripe account. It is recreated automatically after you leave Team if you have no other active Pro subscription, using available credit. App Store subscriptions are separate — cancel them in Apple settings if no longer needed.
One invoice for the whole workspace: active seats × $11.99/mo (or $119/seat/yr). Invited teammates don't use a seat until they accept. Adding people above your paid seats is billed pro-rata; removing someone keeps the seat paid until the cycle ends — you can seat someone else there for free. Guests never pay.
You are warned 5 minutes and 1 minute before the call ends. An instant meeting link expires after the free hour; create a new meeting to continue. Scheduled and booking room links remain reusable. Pro removes the time limit for up to 2 simultaneous meetings.
Cloud recording is available on Pro and Team. Video and audio are stored for 90 days by default; transcripts and AI summaries remain. A recording starts with a 4-hour limit. The host can extend it by another 4 hours during the final 10 minutes.
Pro and Team include 10 hours of AI-generated summaries per account each month. After that, the full transcript remains available, but recaps use a basic summary until the monthly quota resets.
Website subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe. You can cancel and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed through the App Store.
